This quote by Paolo Coehlo kind of resonated with me
“If you have a past with which you feel dissatisfied, then forget it, now. Imagine a new story for your life and believe in it. Focus only on the moments when you achieved what you desired, and that strength will help you to get what you want.”
With constantly going in and out of depressions, when I am feeling good I tend to think about the past experiences I've had with it and there is always this fear at the back of my mind that I would fall back into it.
However these last two years have taught me when anything bad happens to me, instead of succumbing to it,I  consider it as the end of a story. And that moment a new story begins.
